Pure Charge & Go MaX runs on Signia’s Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, the successor to Signia Integrated Xperience (IX). Instead of a single AI feature, it uses four deep neural networks that share information in real time on a new Signia MaX chip, supporting speech in group conversation, your own voice, the surrounding scene, and noise. It is currently offered as a rechargeable RIC. If you need a different style (custom, CROS, or another form factor), we may recommend another Signia model, such as one from the IX family, instead.
Yes. It is a rechargeable RIC that comes with a pocket-size portable charger holding up to four full charges. A full charge takes about four hours, and 30 minutes of charging gives up to six hours of use. Your audiologist will show you charging, wearing, and care so the devices fit your daily routine.
Yes. It supports Bluetooth® Classic and LE Audio and works with the Signia One app. It also has a telecoil and is Auracast™-ready; Signia says full Auracast functionality will arrive in a firmware update through the Signia One app by March 2027. We’ll check what works with your phone and walk you through pairing at your fitting.
That is the primary design goal of MaX — following conversation when several people talk at once. Real-world results still depend on your hearing loss, the room, and a precise fitting. We verify performance in the clinic and refine settings after you try the devices in your own environments.
We select the appropriate receiver and dome or earmold, program the devices to your hearing prescription, check physical comfort, and walk through charging and app use. Follow-up visits are part of getting the fit right.
Some commercial plans do cover hearing aids, but Medicare does not. We are happy to look into your insurance so you know exactly what is covered and whether anything would be out of pocket. We also offer leasing and financing with low monthly payments if that is a better fit.
